Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”) apply to the Viewworld Mobile data collection service and associated Mobile Apps, provide by Viewworld ApS.
The following terms of service (“Terms”) covers your use of and access to the Viewworld services, software and website. By using our Services, you’re agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you’re using our Services for an organization, you’re agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
Your Content & Your Permissions
When you use the Viewworld Services, you allow Viewworld to store the data relevant for us to deliver our services to you. All your data belongs to you. These Terms don’t give us any rights to your data except for the limited rights that enable us to offer the Services.
By accepting these terms, you give Viewworld permission to do things like hosting Your Content, backing it up, and sharing it when you ask us to. Our Services also provide you with features like photo thumbnails, editing, sharing, and searching. These and other features may require our systems to access, store, and scan your Content. You give us permission to do those things, and this permission extends to our affiliates and trusted third parties we work with.
Use of service
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to use the Service in a way that will not violate any law or regulation set forth to protect personal information or any other information deemed unlawful or harmful
To use the Service, you must register for a Viewworld account (the “Account”). You must be the owner of all rights to the content that are uploaded to your Account and you are solely responsible for any and all activity under your Account.
Your Account allows you to add multiple users (“Users”) Each user must be assigned an individual login.
Sharing of user accounts is not permitted.
Limitations of liability
If Viewworld, due to negligent acts or omissions, is responsible for loss of data, expenses related to technical restoration of the latest security-copy will be covered by Viewworld. In the event of product malfunctioning caused by Viewworld, it is the responsibility of Viewworld to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
Viewworld shall not be liable to the Customer for direct or indirect consequential loss, damage or injury including loss of use, loss of profits, or of contracts or business revenue, interest, goodwill or anticipated savings, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever.
If the application is scheduled to be out of service for a given time period, the Customer must be notified at least 7 days prior, and it must be specified how long the unavailability is expected to last. If the application is unexpectedly out of service in any period of time, Viewworld must notify the Customer, and provide written status updates every 12 hours until the problem is solved.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you grant Viewworld a worldwide non exclusive, royalty-free license to use your trademarks, service marks, and logos that will identify you as a Viewworld customer.
The Subscriber Content and materials available on the Site are protected by copyright laws. Unless you have been given written permission, you may not copy or redistribute any content available on the site. Furthermore, you may not use of any of Viewworld’s trademarks in any manner.
You may, however, establish ordinary links to the homepage and other sections of the Site without our written permission.
All systems used to process, and store Subscriber Content will adhere to commercially reasonable security standards. Viewworld may process and store Subscriber Content with a third party of our choosing as long as the third party adheres to those same standards.
In the event of termination of your subscription, you will have a period of 60 days, which allows the customer to download all data regarding the customers projects. Subsequently Viewworld will delete this data within 7 days.
